Welcome to Proficiency Training

I am (Rank, Name) and I will be your instructor for this training.

This training will take about 20 minutes to complete.

There will be a test at the end of the training.

If you are successful, you will be promoted.

Basic Training taught you about the simple tasks you must complete.

Proficiency Training will go more in-depth, and by the end of this training,

You will be proficient in recruiting new personnel and basic tasks.

The Colonial Forces are made up of two distinctly different branches,

The Colonial Fleet (CF) and Colonial Marine Corps (CMC).

The mottos for each branch are [CF NAVY] and [CF MARINES] respectfully.

When a person wishes to join us, you must not only offer the two branches, you must also show them correctly.

Upon the member choosing a branch, you must ensure that the person has made the motto correctly.

Their motto is either [CF NAVY] RCT or [CF MARINES] RCT

When a person is ready to join our badge, they must choose the Colonial Forces Supporters badge.

This badge is situated adjacent to the the Recruit uniforms.

You must ensure that they do not pick the Members badge.

Once this is done, move on to the final step.

The person must wear the Recruit uniform, suitable for their gender.

The Male is on the left, and Female on the right of the supporters badge.

Once all is completed, direct the Recruit to the sentry for Basic Training.

Your basic duties include recruiting, and helpingkeeping the base safe.

As a proficient enlisted member, you will be responsible for ensuring

The HQ is secure from trolls and undercover operatives.

You must report to any NCO any people who are spamming,

Attempting to threaten other members,

or any person who is threatening to trash or hack HQ.

All of the above are very unlikely to occur.

But as a rule of thumb;

If they are misbehaving, tell the NCO+!

The pass rate for the test is 75% (3/4 correct).
